great location excellent park system error limited coffee filters

the check-in and check-out processes were easy and fast. its location is great. i found it within walking distance of wien mitte and stephansplatz. nearby parks, modenapark and stadtpark, were excellent for kids.

the system didnt recognize my room code. i only had two coffee filters available during my three day stay.

clean room warm comfort central location

the room was very clean i found all comforts like a hairdryer plates etc it was very warm and comfy everything was as described also the location was very close to the city center. i found my stay amazing i would repeat it.

modern stay with perfect amenities

The room has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. comfy beds and sufficient space were present. i noticed a nice smell and high-quality shower lotion was supplied. the location offers a restaurant downstairs. It is quite nice if you prefer a calm area away from noise.

although parking is listed, the information was confusing. upon inquiry, i received addresses for two parking areas far from the hotel. i later discovered an underground parking garage right next to the accommodation.

the digital self-checkin worked well even though i arrived late. vending machines offered snacks and drinks, including beer. everything i needed was provided, including basic toiletries and self-catering utensils.

The building is modern and well located. I appreciated the warmth in winter. the apartment was a reasonable size for two people. The bathroom had underfloor heating. the room included a coffee machine.

The location was stellar! it's close to the city park and pretty close to the center. I loved that the apartment was sparkling clean too.

the heater wasn't working perfectly, i found the room a tad chilly at times! it was a really minor thing though.

fantastic apartment stay!

nespresso machine thoughtful amenities kitchen equipment

the nespresso machine was a total win, complete with coffee capsules, milk, sugar, tea, and cookies! i was also happy to see dishwasher tabs, a sponge, and a dish towel ready for use. the inclusion of shampoo, shower gel, soap, a nail file, and lotion was such a nice touch!

the curtains were not properly attached to the rail in some spots and also were light permeable.

The location is super convenient, near public transport. tram line 71 and bus 4a provide direct access to the city center in under 10 minutes! streetcar o reaches the main train station in just 15 minutes. It's so easy to get around!

The apartment was very clean and had excellent facilities. The location was perfect, and everything about the stay was great. I highly recommend it.

The self check-in did'nt work as expected:it took 45 min. to enter the room.
